A Superfood Powerhouse in a jar! Elderberry is a fruit from the Sambucus shrub. It has been revered for centuries by the Egyptians as a healing fruit and also used by Hippocrates, Greek father of medicine, in his health remedies.
The combination of the slight tangy taste of Elderberry and the sweetness of honey produces a diffused balanced flavor to create a smooth palatable taste.
What are the Sofi Awards?
Short for Specialty Outstanding Food Innovation, the sofi Awards are a celebration of creativity and culinary excellence. Entries were judged at the Food Innovation Center at Rutgers University. FIC experts evaluated products in anonymous tastings across 53 categories using criteria that included flavor, appearance, texture, aroma, ingredient quality, and innovation.
Our Elderberry Honey won a Gold Award for Best Product award in the Sweetener Category.
Our Creamed Elderberry Honey is crafted in small batches by us, the beekeepers.
Q. What is Creamed Honey?
A. Through a simple process we encourage our honey to crystalize and create this amazing "creamy" smooth taste sensation. Now you can enjoy all the taste of honey without the drips. Some beekeepers refer to this type of honey as whipped, buttered, or spun.
Honey does not need to be refrigerated but to keep our Creamed Honey's "creaminess" we suggest storing it in the refrigerator during warm weather.
SUGGESTED USE: Add to a healthy açai bowl, smoothies, marinades, or salad dressings.

GATEWAY HONEY WARNING!! My family had burgers and I ate cheese and elderberry honey! It was the most delicious thing I have ate in a long time! I’m obsessed! If you haven’t tried it you have been missing out!!! Get some now!!
I love this honey! My first experience with Honey Gramz was at the winter village at Bryant Park in 2023. I have been hooked since!
Great for when you are sick
Ohhh how delicious this honey is !!! I love it by the spoonful ! But my favorite way so far is when I used it in my salted honey ice cream . Added mini semisweet chocolate chips and pecans as well . It was perfect . I love all of the flavors that I have tried so far . A real treat !
Delicious and arrived very quickly
This Taste so good on toast in my oatmeal. I really like this stuff. Thank you so much.

I am absolutely in love with this honey. In my tea or just a spoon full it is delicious.
Love, love this Elderberry Honey! Cinnamon honey is fantastic in a hot cup of coffee during the winter 💜
I already have this honey-got the large one for myself. I love it so much I got 4 small ones to give as little gifts🤩
Tastes delicious on toast,In oatmeal and in a smoothie. So happy I bought it🤩

My kids just LOVE this honey! And it really keeps them strong through the winter!
The elderberry brings back memories of a time I got sick living abroad. My roommate had homemade elderberry syrup and told me to drink it. It restored me in 24 hours! Who knew? I sampled it and it tastes as delicious as I remember.
I added the elderberry honey to my pumpkin pie and drizzled some on top. It is so good.
Elderberry honey is my favorite,I put it in my tea ,it's very good
Great tasting honey and flavor packed.
It is very good
I have had this honey before, I ordered 2 jars of the creamy Elderberry. 1 jar wasn’t sealed and when I opened it it had a film on it and wasn’t as smooth as my other ones
My 1st time trying this ... It's a creamy & thick spread, with a hint of elderberrys complimenting this delicious honey. 5 stars. From me.
I always liked to have this stocked in my pantry. Love to use it in my oatmeal and on toast.
very good
Delicious!
Not like other honey very tasty 😋
Love the honey. Yummy.
I cook blueberries and apples which I add to my oatmeal and this Elderberry honey is a perfect addition that adds a subtle sweetness. I also add it to my yogurt fruit bowl which blends right in. This is a perfect honey for flavor and health benefits.
This creamy honey is wonderful, will be ordering more in the spring, we'll worth it
It would be helpful if you stated up front that the honey is very hard. Stirring it is nearly impossible.
I love anything with Elderberry. If it's not your Pumpkins Spice on toast in the morning, it's going to be Elderberry. I'm a very happy 77 year old lady right now. Toasty and sweet as Honey. : )
I absolutely love the honey I have the elderberry , turmeric and matcha I use the turmeric every day !!!!
Great service shipped next day
Love this in my coffee!

WE'RE ON A MISSION...
Real Beekeepers. Real Honey. Taste The Difference.
My beekeeping journey began over 12 years ago with my oldest daughter begging for a dog, which led us to getting baby chickens instead, then honey bees were added to our urban backyard farm and the rest is history. We're urban NYC beekeepers with a mission to help save the bees and other pollinators by donating to organizations that help save the bees and establish local pollinator gardens. Bees have been declining at an alarming rate which can impact the global food supply as bees are essential in pollination. Our honey is pure and raw and sourced from either our own local hives or small apiaries, like us, from around the country. We believe in sustainable beekeeping, supporting small local beekeepers who in turn work with small local family farms to help pollinate their crops and bring you real, delicious honey.
