Return Window

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@honeygramz.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Returns must be approved by our team before sending any items back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once approved, we can provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience. Please note that the cost of this label will be deducted from your refund. If you prefer to ship the item yourself, you are welcome to do so—we just ask that you provide the tracking information to ensure safe and timely processing.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • All personal care products must be sealed

  • Proof of purchase is required (e.g., receipt or order confirmation)

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we cannot accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (including all food items)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away at info@honeygramz.com with photos and details so we can make it right.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to switch an item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the cost of the return shipping label (if provided by us).
Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
