Correct Shipping Address

Please ensure you provide us with your correct shipping address and include all details such as apartment, suite numbers, PO Boxes and zip codes.

HoneyGramz is not responsible for returned or missing shipments due to incorrect or insufficient address details.  An additional shipping fee will be charged before orders can be resent to corrected addresses.

Order Processing 

All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If USPS or UPS attempts a delivery but is unable to leave the shipment a notice will be left that an attempt was made with instructions advising where the package is being held for pick up.  You can also check the tracking number online and it will provide information on where your package is being held.  USPS is usually the nearest post office and UPS utilizes UPS Access Points which are local stores such as CVS, Michael's Craft Store etc.  You will need to bring identification to pick up your package.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@honeygramz.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Damages and Issues

HoneyGramz is not responsible for missing and stolen packages.

In the event that your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item please email us as soon as possible at info@honeygramz.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
