Texas Killer Bee Honey
Regular price
$12.00
Size
8 oz and 1 pound of 100% raw and Pure Wildflower Honey from Texas made by killer bees.
This honey produced by the Killer Bees is a medium amber color and is incredibly rich and smooth. It is simply a delicious honey.
Killer Bees or Africanized Bees were created in an experiment in Brazil in the late 1950's by hybridizing European Honey Bees with African Bees. As it so often happens with these experiments, after discovering the new hybrids were extremely aggressive - they escaped! Now decades later they have made their way through South America and into the southern states of the USA.
SUGGESTED USE: This rich honey is delicious, whether on yogurt, toast, muffins. We always include it on our cheese platters when company is over, because who doesn't want to take a walk on the wild side.
BEE SMART: A single killer bee is no deadlier than any other honeybee and they are in fact smaller than other honeybees, have shorter wings and carry less venom. However when they feel threatened they attack en masse.

Gave it to a friend who lives in Georgia as an early Christmas present. She said it was good.
The killer bee honey is delicious. It has a rich, sweet taste that goes well with many different foods and drinks.
When I first saw the killer bee honey, I thought it was a goofy gimmick and I ordered it kind of on a lark to bring my order up to the free shipping level. Turns out it’s the most delicious honey I’ve ever had! All the honeys I ordered were great but the killer bee and creamed lemon honey are next level.
Taste great!
All I can say it tastes great. I put it on my peanut butter toast that I have for breakfast. Will be definitely buying more in the near future.
Tastes great
Wow! I’m a honey nerd so when I saw this I had to try it. I will say it’s not my favorite but boy howdy it’s still delicious with an almost citrusy undertone. Try it!
Good!
Great taste, I loved it.
Having lived in Costa Rica and my neighbors are Bee Farmers the only thing dangerous about killer bees is the Queen, change out the bad Queen for a normal Queen and make honey. ? Does your honey have any filler ingredients?
My grown son is knowingly irrationally afraid of bees! He's a mason! 😆😆 The honey is for him!🥰
Love the flavor.
The beat. I love this unique flavor.

I gave some to my sister. She stopped putting sugar in a coffee and is using your honey.
The honey is delicious.
Amazing honey.
Very good honey!
Make a bigger bottle. Maybe 32 oz.
Love this honey. Tried several flavors, but like the killer bee best. I use in my coffee and tea. Going to make a third order today.
I would say the sweetness of the Killer Bee Honey is on par with the local honey that I purchase. In my local honey, there is a slightly sharp aftertaste just as you finish the honey, which is more in-depth than the regular honey flavor. That similar aftertaste in the Killer Bee Honey is very extreme, adding a complex flavor to the overall experience. Other than the price, I like the Killer Bee Honey more. I'm only using it sparingly so as to make it last. Combines well in soy sauce and mustard. Added to dishes served hot, it maintains the sweetness and great flavor. Wonderful on hot cornbread or biscuits.
I get these for my daughter who is a honey snob....LOL She LOVES your products.
Sweet, energizing flavor.
WE'RE ON A MISSION...
Real Beekeepers. Real Honey. Taste The Difference.
My beekeeping journey began over 12 years ago with my oldest daughter begging for a dog, which led us to getting baby chickens instead, then honey bees were added to our urban backyard farm and the rest is history. We're urban NYC beekeepers with a mission to help save the bees and other pollinators by donating to organizations that help save the bees and establish local pollinator gardens. Bees have been declining at an alarming rate which can impact the global food supply as bees are essential in pollination. Our honey is pure and raw and sourced from either our own local hives or small apiaries, like us, from around the country. We believe in sustainable beekeeping, supporting small local beekeepers who in turn work with small local family farms to help pollinate their crops and bring you real, delicious honey.
