I made a puff pastry dessert with caramelized figs from my tree, sautéed Visalia onions, shallots, crumbled goat cheese and the smokey hot honey mixed with balsamic vinegar(the real stuff from Modena). It came out so well, that I added it to my list of "fancy desserts" to wow and impress my friends and family!

We are a New York City based company and most of our honey is from the United States with the exception of French Lavender Honey, Italian Truffle Honey, and some rare Brazilian Honey.
